The Howard Miller Public Library offers paper federal and state tax forms and instructions, while supplies last, generally from February through April. They can be found in the west end of the lobby. If you need other forms or it is the off-season, follow the links below or use the library's public computers to print copies. While library staff cannot give tax advice, they can assist with printing forms. There is a $.20 charge per side for printed copies.
También tenemos formularios federales en español.
