Register for a hoopla account on your desktop, tablet, or mobile device using their website or free mobile apps.
You will need to provide an email address, create a password, and have your library account information ready.

- Movies: 72 hours (3 days)
- Television Shows: 72 hours (3 days) - limit one episode at a time
- Music: 7 days
- eBooks: 3 weeks
- Comic Books: 3 weeks
- Audiobooks: 3 weeks

FAQs & Troubleshooting
- Easily browse titles on your computer or mobile device by clicking Browse All on the format (Music, Movies, Audiobooks, eBooks, Comics, and Television) you would like to browse further on. You can also search for a specific title by clicking on the Search box or magnifying glass and typing in your title(s)/keyword.
- To borrow a title, click on the title and then click the Borrow button. Your borrowed titles can be played right after borrowing and can be found under the My Titles menu for viewing/listening. Enjoy your selected titles!
- Borrowed titles will be automatically returned when your lending period is over. There are no holds, wait lists, or late fees for any of hoopla's content.
Kindle Fires (2014-Present) can support the hoopla app!

Visit the general hoopla help page and from there you can click on the tab that interests you.

In order to update your library on hoopla you will need to contact hoopla Digital via email. The email address is feedback@hoopladigital.com. Please have this information ready:
- Both library names
- State of the library
- Both library card numbers
- PIN for library card(s)
You may use hoopla on your computer, but you can only download content through the mobile app (tablet or smart phone). This means you must have Internet access to read, listen, or watch hoopla content from your computer.
